1,000 Followers — Thank You!

It’s hard to believe, but over the summer I passed 1,000 followers on Instagram. Honestly, when I started sharing my astrophotography, I wasn’t expecting much more than a place to post my favorite images and track my progress over time.

But here we are.

What started as a personal outlet has slowly grown into a small community — one that shares in the wonder of the night sky, asks thoughtful questions, and celebrates the little victories with me (even when the weather doesn’t cooperate!). Whether you’ve been following from the beginning or recently found me through a reel or tagged post, I’m truly grateful you’re here.

To me, it’s not about the number — it’s about the people behind that number. The fellow stargazers, photographers, and creatives who take a moment to like, comment, or message encouragement. You make this hobby even more rewarding.

What’s Next?

I’ve got a few things cooking behind the scenes:

  • More curated images will be added to the Astrocatcher gallery soon.
  • I’ve been testing out new equipment and might share some thoughts on that in a future post.
  • And I will try to integrate more avenues for a variety of purchases.

If you haven’t yet, check out the site’s Shop or explore the growing Gallery — both have been labors of love, and they’re slowly starting to reflect the vision I’ve had in my head for a while now.

And finally, to anyone who’s thinking about getting into astrophotography — or any creative pursuit, really — I say go for it. It doesn’t have to be perfect. Just start.

Thanks for helping me reach this little milestone. Here’s to the next one!

Clear skies.
